Gold VIP Package

For the ultimate structure and guidance, this comprehensive program assists you in acquiring tools and solidifying new habits to get the results you want for an optimally healthy life. This program is beneficial for those suffering from long-term chronic conditions, those wanting deeper guidance to achieve their targets or anyone requiring maintenance to keep them on track.

Includes initial 1-2 hour session with ten one-hour follow-up sessions. It can be used over a 2-3 month period with flexibility in day and time choices.

Silver Package

For those with multiple existing concerns or needing additional hand-holding.

Includes initial 1-2 hour session in Bronze package with three 1-hour follow-up sessions. Focus is on deep diving into uncovering particular health issues with consistent guidance each week/ or month to reach your health goal. The follow-up sessions can be used over a 1-2 month period with flexibility in day and time choices.

Bronze Package

$325

This Starter package includes any prep-work needed for the call (review any blood work or iridology pictures, etc), and a 1-2 hour one-on-one session. It also includes a follow-up email outlining the recommended health program with explanations to answer any questions addressed in the session, including resources, links, and tools.

Kasara has gathered a vast collection of knowledge over the past 35+ years from schooling, research, and more importantly from what has and hasn’t worked for clients. All sessions include sharing information pertinent to your body’s needs from this knowledge base. Examples of information shared include, resources, online links, articles & books, research, valuable proven natural health tools, Blood work reviews, Iridology review, optimal eating guidelines for your health issues, recipes, shopping lists, overcoming bad habits and more!

Typical initial consultations include any/all of the following within the allotted timeframe:

  • Review of any supplements you currently have/taking

  • Resources/Articles provided specific to client’s issues

  • Intuitive health guidance as requested

  • Nutritional Guidance/Initial food plan recommendations based on clients’ specific needs

  • Iridology Reading – Iris pictures can be sent in via email/cell

  • Bloodwork review – client bloodwork must be provided within the past 6 months (does not include actual bloodwork)

  • Follow-up assistance (via text) as needed as the client applies new health guidelines to their lifestyle
